KTET Application Procdure

The prospectus, application form and chalan for remittance of fees can be downloaded from the websites of Pareeksha Bhavan www.keralapareekshabhavan.in. Application should be submitted only through online.

Details of the procedure of application is as follows:

There are two steps for submitting the application.

1. Log on to the official website of Pareeksha Bhavan. Click on ‘K-TET’. Read the prospectus carefully. Click on ‘K-TET Chalan Form’. Fill in the required details here. You can choose any of the available branches of State Bank of Travancore in and around various places in India while filling the chalan data. After filling the details click ‘Submit’. You can view three copies of the chalan with the amount to be paid, based on the number of categories applied for. Take the print out of the chalan and remit the amount in the selected branch.

2. After remitting the amount, log on to the official website of Pareeksha Bhavan again and click on ‘K-TET’. Click on ‘K-TET Online Application Form’. Here, you have to enter the Application ID and the Application Number provided in the chalan. The application form will appear with the details you have entered earlier. Fill in the vacant windows along with your photograph in JPEG format (Ensure that the size of the photograph is less than 30MB). After filling up the necessary details, upload the application form (online) to the Pareeksha Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram. Take a print out of the uploaded application form..

Note: a. If you have successfully uploaded your application, you should forward the hard copy (printed copy) of the application form to the Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram 12 within the prescribed date mentioned in the notification. Belated applications will not entertained. b copy of chalan form c. SC/ST/Differently abled candidates should enclose attested copy of Community Certificate/Disability Certificate along with their application. d Copies of certificate/ marklist should not be send along with the application. These documents are required only after the results are announced.
