  • In respect of Post Codes 104 and 201, the upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 (three) years in case of OBC candidates.
  • In respect of Post Code 105, the upper age limit will relaxed by 5 (five) years in case of ST candidates.

Note:

(i) In case candidates with suitable experience are not available for E-6 grade for post codes 101, 102 and 103, candidates with less experience will be considered for E-5 grade
(ii) In case candidates with suitable experience are not available for E-3 grade for post codes 104, 105 and 201, candidates with less experience may be considered for E-2 grade with corresponding designation.

Allowances and Benefits
The selected candidates will normally be placed at the minimum of the pay scale and will be on probation for a period of one year. In addition to Basic Pay, they would be entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance, Non-Practicing Allowance (for Doctors), Perks and allowances under Cafeteria Approach @ 46% of the basic pay, Performance Related Pay, Free Medical Treatment for Self, Family and Dependant parents, Insurance Cover, Housing in the Company Township or HRA, Leave and encashment of Earned Leave, Contributory Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Gratuity, etc. The approximate CTC will be as under:
E-6: Rs 22.70 lakhs
E-5: Rs 18.60 lakhs
E-3: Rs 13.90 lakhs – for Specialist post, Rs12.90 lakhs – for Dy. Mgr (Hort),
E-2: Rs 10.60 lakhs – for Jr. Specialist post, Rs 9.80 lakhs – for Asst. Mgr (Hort),

Required Educational Qualifications and Post Qualification Experience

Post Code 101: Chief Specialist (E-6) / Deputy Chief Specialist (E-5) (Cardiology)
MD (Medicine) with DM or DNB in Cardiology from any recognized University / State or Central Government Institution / Medical College recognized by MCI. Post DM / DNB experience of 6 years for E-6 or 4 years for E-5 grade in reputed State / Central Government / Corporate / Industrial Hospital or Institution.

Post Code 102: Chief Specialist (E-6) / Deputy Chief Specialist (E-5) (Neuro Surgery)
MS (Surgery) with M.Ch. or DNB in Neuro Surgery from any recognized University / State or Central Government Institution / Medical College recognized by MCI. Post M.Ch. / DNB experience of 6 (six) years for E-6 or 4 (four) years for E-5 grade in reputed State / Central Government / Corporate / Industrial Hospital or Institution.

Post Code 103: Chief Specialist (E-6) / Deputy Chief Specialist (E-5) (Plastic Surgery)
MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery from any recognized University / State or Central Government Institution / Medical College recognized by MCI. Post M.Ch. / DNB experience of 6 (six) years for E-6 or 4 (four) years for E-5 grade in reputed State / Central Government / Corporate / Industrial Hospital or Institution.

Post Code 104: Specialist (E-3) / Junior Specialist (E-2) (General Medicine)
Post graduate degree (MD/DNB as the case may be) in concerned field / area from a University/ Institute recognized by Medical Council of India. Post Qualification experience of Three (3) years (for E-3 grade) and Two (2) years (for E-2 grade) in reputed State/ Central Govt./ Corporate/ Industrial Hospital or Institution.

Post Code 105: Specialist (E-3) / Junior Specialist (E-2) (Anesthesia)
Post graduate degree (MD/DNB as the case may be) in concerned field/area from a University/Institute recognized by Medical Council of India. Post Qualification experience of Three (3) years (for E-3 grade) and Two (2) years (for E-2 grade) in reputed State/ Central Govt./ Corporate/ Industrial Hospital or Institution.

Post Code 201: Deputy Manager (E-3) / Assistant Manager(E-2) (Horticulture)
Post Graduate Degree in Horticulture from a recognized University / Institute. Post Qualification experience of 6 (six) years (for E-3 grade) and 3 (three) years (for E-2 grade) in maintaining and developing large size Gardens, Parks or large areas of Afforestation. Should have experience in the field of design, development and maintenance of landscaping and gardening.

Selection Methodology
Selection will be through interview to be held at Visakhapatnam.

  • Fees must be deposited in “RINL-RECRUITMENT Account No.30589461220” at any of the core banking branches of State Bank of India in the prescribed Challan. No other form of payment is accepted.

  • Candidates have to pay maximum bank commission @ Rs 25/- per Challan for depositing fees at other than SBI, Steel Plant Branch, Visakhapatnam, Branch Code 6318.
  • Candidates must fill-up the SBI Branch name, Branch Code, candidate’s name and date of birth carefully in the Challan and sign at the place Deposited by: __________.
  • Candidates should mention in the appropriate column in the application form the details of SBI branch, Branch code, City, date of deposit and the Journal Number.
  • Candidates should submit original counterfoil of the Challan (VSP copy) along with their Application Form.
  • Fees once deposited into RINL’s account will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the candidate is rejected on scrutiny or application not received in time due to postal delay / loss.
  • The candidate should retain his / her copy of the counterfoil of the Challan for further reference.
